Brown and Forrest is a small family run smokery, started 35 years ago here in Somerset, we produce the finest smoked eel and salmon as well as a whole range of delicious smoked foods including smoked chicken, duck, lamb and trout. We stock over forty products in our shop which is attached to our award winning restaurant. We also send mail order all over the UK and supply wholesale to customers such as The Hawksmoor Group, Rick Stein & The Seafood Restaurant, Brooks Club, Fortnum and Mason, Whatley, Augustus, Pinky Food & The Red Lion and Sun.

S3 - 1000g Pre-sliced side of smoked salmon
Sustainably farmed Scottish salmon hand cured with salt and brown sugar then cold smoked in our traditional brick smokers for 24-32 hours and long sliced as a side - Will feed approx 14 people.
